Magnolia Bostad allots warrants in the warrant program
On 10 May 2019, the annual general meeting in Magnolia Bostad resolved on a warrant program for certain key employees at Magnolia Bostad. After the general meeting, the key employees have been offered to acquire 170,000 warrants, of which the key employees have accepted to acquire all, for a price of SEK 1 per warrant
In accordance with the resolution by the annual meeting, Magnolia Bostad has issued 200,000 warrants free of charge to its wholly owned subsidiary Magnolia Utveckling AB. 170,000 of the warrants have subsequently been offered to key employees of which all have been acquired by and allotted to the key employees. Remaining warrants may pursuant to the general meeting’s resolution at a later time be offered to employees at Magnolia Bostad.
The warrants have been transferred to the participants for a price of SEK 1 per warrant, which is the warrant’s market price established with the evaluation model Black & Scholes. Each warrant can be used to subscribe for one new share in Magnolia Bostad at a subscription price of SEK 84 per share during the period from 1 November 2022 up until and including 26 April 2024.
