Magnolia Bostad appoints Thomas Persson

Thomas Persson has been recruited to Magnolia Bostad as Regional Manager Öst and Senior Account Manager.

Since it started, Magnolia Bostad has expanded strongly and today has over 6,700 units sold in production. The company is an urban developer with a further 17,700 residencies in its project portfolio consisting of rental apartments, tenant-owned apartments, residential care housing and hotels.

Thomas Persson was previously at Cushman & Wakefield where he was a partner for just over three years. Before that, he was at Catella Corporate Finance for 18 years, where among other positions, he was project manager for a number of major property transactions.
