Magnolia Bostad changes its Certified Adviser

Magnolia Bostad AB (publ) (“the Company”) has signed an agreement with Erik Penser Bank for the
bank to be the Company’s Certified Adviser. Erik Penser Bank will become the Company's Certified
Adviser as of November 2, 2015. Until then Pareto Securities AB will continue to serve as the
Company's Certified Adviser.
