Magnolia Bostad employs seven staff members

The Company is strengthening its production organization. It is also increasing its presence in
southern Sweden by establishing a local office in Helsingborg.

Five new employees have been hired at the head office in Stockholm.

• Patric Eriksson, Project Director, worked most recently for Sweco Management as a
  management consultant. Patric has an extensive background as a project manager and
  contractor within commercial projects, engineering and housing, including as the head of
  construction projects.
• Erik Svensson, Project Manager. Most recently from a position as a project manager at
  Erfator Projektledning. He has also worked at Skanska and Peab, and he has worked
  with real estate development in Vallentuna Municipality.
• Erik Larsson, Project Manager, previously from a position as a project manager at Locum.
  Erik has considerable experience in projects with a high level of technical complexity,
  including the new hospital in Södertälje.
• Klas Ljungberg, head of the Municipality business area. Klas has been working for
  municipalities for a long time and comes most recently from a position as the head of
  planning and development in Håbo Municipality, where he was responsible for land and
  development matters. Before that he was responsible for commercial matters at Skaraborg.
• Per Haraldsson, Controller. Extensive industry experience, for example as the CFO for Citycon and business controller for Jones Lang LaSalle, Steen & Ström and Unibail
  Rodamco.

Magnolia Bostad is also strengthening its presence in southern Sweden by establishing a local office in
Helsingborg that will initially have two employees. The Company is seeking additional staff members for
the office.

• Martin Andersson, Project Director. Martin has extensive experience in housing
  development, most recently as a project developer at Veidekke Bostad and before that as a
  project manager at Skanska Nya Hem. He has also worked as a development engineer for
  Helsingborg Municipality.
• Oskar Nilsson, Business Developer. Many years of experience in business development,
  most recently at Veidekke Bostad. He has held several positions within the Veidekke
  Group, including that of business developer, purchasing manager for contracting and
  operational developer at Veidekke Sweden.
