Knivsta Municipality has decided to enter into a land allocation agreement with Magnolia Bostad
for part of the Ängby 1:1 property in central Knivsta. The proposal refers to 200 residential units
covering a gross area of around 18,000 sqm.

The planning process has begun. Magnolia Bostad intends to build residential units in apartment
buildings that include both rental and tenant-owned apartments as well as some commercial premises.

“We are thankful that Knivsta Municipality has chosen us and we are pleased that we will be able to
contribute to the continued expansion of the municipality. This project strengthens our presence in
Mälardalen, which is in line with the company's plans for the future,” says Fredrik Lidjan, CEO of Magnolia
Bostad.
