Magnolia Bostad enters land allotment agreement concerning 600 homes in Sundsvall

The agreement with the municipality-owned company Norra Kajen AB concerns approximately 600 homes in the centrally situated harbour area Norra Kajen in Sundsvall.

Norra Kajen is Sundsvall’s largest city development project. The municipality is planning for in all approximately 2,500 new homes. The project plan also includes queys, boat moorings, parks, cafés and other services.

Local planning has been initiated and is expected to go into effect in late 2016.

Magnolia Bostad is working with CF Möller architects in the project.
