Magnolia Bostad expands the management team

Magnolia Bostad continues to grow and strengthens the organization with a total of five people. After summer, Linda Wiman will assume the position of Head of Business Area Development. She will also join the management team as its seventh member.

Linda Wiman has worked at JM for more than 20 years and previously held a position as Head of Sales, Stockholm Region, where she was responsible for the sales of approximately 1,500 apartments per year.

In addition, the Stockholm office is expanding with another four employees:

• Patrik Ekestubbe, QEHS manager, previously held a similar post at Coor. Patrik has business development experience in the quality, environment and working environment management area. 
• Johanna Andersson, Group Controller. Previously held a similar post at Familjebostäder. She also has experience as an authorized public accountant at PWC, where she was employed for ten years.
• Effective as of June, Angelica Andersson is employed as Project Developer. He most recently comes from a similar role at Serneke Projektutveckling AB.
• Effective as of September, Malvina Poucette, is employed as marketing project manager. Most recently, she comes from Objektvision.
