Magnolia Bostad extends the tender offer regarding certain outstanding senior unsecured bonds

Magnolia Bostad AB (publ) (“Magnolia Bostad”) extends the tender offer announced on 2 May 2022 (the “Tender Offer”) exclusively to holders of Magnolia Bostad’s outstanding bonds outlined below (the “Bonds”) that will simultaneously also subscribe to and are allocated in the contemplated new SEK denominated senior unsecured green bonds (the “New Bonds” as further defined in Magnolia Bostad’s press release dated 2 May 2022). The timeline of the Tender Offer is extended until the closing of books of the New Bonds.
Magnolia Bostad will announce the results and (acting in its sole and absolute discretion) whether any Bonds will be accepted under the Tender Offer as soon as reasonably practicable after the pricing of the New Bonds.

Magnolia Bostad reserves the right to further extend, re-open, withdraw or terminate the Tender Offer at the sole discretion of Magnolia Bostad. Settlement of the Tender Offer is expected to occur the same day as the settlement of the New Bonds, such settlement date to be communicated in relation to the New Bonds book building process. Magnolia Bostad’s repurchase of Bonds is conditional upon inter alia a successful issue of New Bonds.
