Magnolia Bostad has reached an agreement on settlement of the project Huvudkontoret in Uppsala

As stated in a press release published January 21, 2016, Magnolia Bostad has cancelled the contract regarding the Huvudkontoret project in Uppsala.

Magnolia Bostad and the seller have reached a settlement agreement. All disputes are terminated, economic associations and the properties in the project will be sold back and no party has thereby demands remaining against each other.

The agreement is not deemed to have any effect on Magnolia Bostad’s earnings.
