Magnolias Bostad's proposals have been developed in cooperation with OKK + and local planning work begins in 2018.

These are Magnolia Bostads first land allotments from the City of Stockholm and a receipt that Magnolia Bostad's reliability as a community developer grows. We develop homes in attractive locations in Sweden's growth areas with the highest ambition in terms of social, economic and environmental sustainability. Now, we look forward to together with the city and other actors bringing forward new ideas and developing Skärholmen, Skarpnäck and Årstaberg, says Fredrik Lidjan, CEO of Magnolia Bostad.

All agreements are conditional upon the land allotments being approved by the Development Committee (Exploateringsnämnden) in November 2017.
