Magnolia Bostad makes a voluntary partial redemption of its senior secured bonds

Magnolia Bostad has decided to make a voluntary partial redemption of its senior secured bond loan with ISIN: SE0008293823.

Magnolia will redeem 10.00 per cent of the total nominal amount and the outstanding bonds shall be partially repaid by way of reducing the outstanding nominal amount of each bond pro rata.

The record date for the voluntary partial redemption is 22 October 2018 and the voluntary partial redemption is intended to take place on 29 October 2018.
