Magnolia Bostad publishes prospectus in connection with the change of listing venue to Nasdaq Stockholm

Nasdaq Stockholm’s listing committee approved on 14 June Magnolia Bostad AB's application for admission to trading of its shares on Nasdaq Stockholm's main market. The prospectus that has been prepared in connection with the change of listing venue has today been approved and registered by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority and published on Magnolia Bostad’s website, www.magnoliabostad.se.

First day of trading on Nasdaq Stockholm is scheduled for 20 June 2018, and the last day of trading on Nasdaq First North will be the previous day. The share will continue to be traded under the same ticker (MAG) and ISIN code (SE0007074505). The share will be subject to trading on Nasdaq Stockholm’s Mid Cap segment. Shareholders of Magnolia Bostad do not need to take any actions in connection with the change of listing venue. Within a few days, the prospectus will also be available on the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority’s website, www.fi.se.
