Magnolia Bostad has signed an agreement with Wästbygg for the construction of 90
apartments in Sollentuna. The contracting total amounts to SEK 114 million, excluding VAT.

Magnolia Bostad is planning a new residential area at Turebergs Allé just north of Sollentuna Centrum. The
project will consist of 90 tenant-owned apartments and includes commercial premises, for example for a
gym, on the ground floor. Sales will start during the fall and construction is planned to start in
January/February 2016.

“Magnolia Bostad is a completely new customer for Wästbygg and an interesting player on the
housing market. We are happy and proud that they have chosen us and we hope to establish a
long, mutually beneficial collaboration,” says Rickard Burman, head of housing in Stockholm at
Wästbygg.

“Cooperating with an established player like Wästbygg adds a sense of security as we approach
the start of construction on the project. Thanks to its strong presence in both the Greater
Stockholm area and Gothenburg, I believe there are good conditions in place to continue to work
closely with Wästbygg in the future,” says Fredrik Lidjan, CEO of Magnolia Bostad.
