Magnolia Bostad sells property to Derome at the start of a collaboration

Magnolia Bostad has today signed an agreement for the sale of property in Bro, Upplands-Bro municipality, to Derome Mark & Bostad. The properties have a zoning plan with building rights in place for terraced and detached houses, and the area offers the opportunity to build about 60-70 such homes.

At the same time, Magnolia Bostad and Derome will start a long-term collaboration to jointly develop more areas featuring terraced and detached houses. The sale of the properties in Bro is in the form of a company transfer.

The vision is to create an environmentally-sound residential area that offers a rich recreational life, with good facilities for horse riding and golf, as well as beauty spots.

In addition to housing, there are also plans for services in the form of shops and restaurants, as well as nursery schools, schools and nursing homes. The area will have bus routes and there will also be walking and cycling routes to Bro's commuter railway station.
