Magnolia Bostad signs agreement to acquire land in Upplands-Bro
Magnolia Bostad has signed an agreement for the acquisition of planned land comprising 115,000 square meters of gross habitable area in Bro, Upplands-Bro municipality. Around 1,500 homes are planned for the property.
The vendor is KF Fastigheter and the property has a legally-determined zoning plan with building rights in place. Magnolia Bostad plans a varied range of housing, including rental apartments, tenant-owned apartments, terraced houses and detached houses.
The vision for Bro Mälarstrand is to create an environmentally-sound residential area that offers a rich recreational life, with good conditions for horse riding, golf and beauty spots. In addition to housing, there are also plans for services in the form of shops and restaurants, as well as nursery schools, schools and nursing homes. The area will have bus routes and there will also be walking and cycling routes and proximity to the commuter railway station.
