Magnolia Bostad signs a letter of intent with a Swedish institution to sell approximately 450 rental apartments in the Senapsfabriken project in central Uppsala. The apartments have a property value of approximately SEK 1 billion at completion.

The property is situated in central Uppsala and the whole neighbourhood is being developed into a residential area. The new homes will be developed with a clear focus on sustainability and energy efficiency and will undergo environmental certification. Construction start is estimated to take place in Q3 2016.

“This is yet another step in our efforts to strengthen Magnolia Bostad’s cooperation with major Swedish institutions. I see it as proof that we are establishing ourselves as a stable partner in this type of agreement,”
says Fredrik Lidjan, CEO of Magnolia Bostad.
