The renovation of the M6 project close to Hornstull in Stockholm is well under way. To date 54 of the 55 tenant-owned apartments have been sold. Occupancy is scheduled for Q4 2016.

M6 is a classic 1920s building in the Södermalm district in Stockholm that is presently being converted into modern homes, with 55 well laid out apartments designed by architect Love Arbén. M6 consists of smaller one- and two-room studios as well as larger three-room apartments and penthouses, all with high ceilings and several with a balcony or outdoor patio.
