Magnolia Bostad starts the sale of 42 residential units in Märsta

On July 9, Magnolia Bostad will start sales for the Valsta Torg project, which consists of 42
tenant-owned apartments next to Valsta Centrum in Sigtuna Municipality.

Valsta Centrum is currently under production, and in addition to the new residential units it will also
include a renovated center square that will offer everything from a grocery store and restaurant to public
services. Magnolia Bostad’s 42 space-efficient apartments contain two rooms and a kitchen and come in
two different sizes (33 sqm and 36 sqm) as well as with four rooms and a kitchen at 71 sqm.
Occupancy will take place in September.
