Today, December 2nd, Magnolia Bostad initiates the sales in the Kanikenäsholmen project, 92 tenant-owned residential units in southeast Karlstad.

At Karlstad’s old shipyards at Kanikenäsholmen, on the shores of lake Vänern, Magnolia Bostad will develop a new residential area. The new buildings are situated on the waterfront, within walking distance from downtown Karlstad. Plans for the neighbourhood also include boathouses, a marina and welcoming quays. The area has been designed to blend naturally into the surrounding environment, offering residents easy access to the surrounding nature as well as secluded areas where they can live and socialise.

Today, Magnolia Bostad starts the sale of 92 tenant-owned residential units in the block named Varvet. The modern and space-efficient apartments all come with a balcony and vary from two to four rooms and a kitchen. Carefully selected equipment and building materials ensure an attractive end result and a comfortable and well thought out living environment in harmony with its surroundings.

The preliminary start date for construction is Q1 2016 and the first phase of occupancy is expected during the first six months of 2017.
