Magnolia Bostad has won an additional land allotment in the new neighbourhood Södra Ladugårdsängen in Örebro Municipality. In addition to the 175 apartments that Magnolia Bostad has been awarded previously, the company will develop about 110 rental apartments in the area.

Södra Ladugårdsängen, situated some two kilometres south of downtown Örebro, is municipality’s new large urban development project, and will include approximately 3,000 new homes. In May 2015, Magnolia Bostad won a land allotment for about 175 apartments in the area, with a planned construction start in the second half of 2016. The new land allotment is for block A of phase 2 in the same area and concerns approximately 110 apartments. Construction start is planned for Q3 of 2017.

Magnolia Bostad’s winning proposal was developed in cooperation with the architects DinellJohansson.
