Simplification in ownership structure of Moutarde Holding AB, a subsidiary of Magnolia Bostad

An associated company in the Magnolia Bostad Group, Moutarde Equity AB, has transferred its shares in Moutarde Holding AB to Magnolia Bostad's subsidiary Magnolia Utveckling AB and to the two other indirect minority shareholders in Moutarde Holding AB through a restructuring. One of the minority shareholders is Senapsfabriken Fastigheter AB, which is partly controlled by Andreas Rutili, a board member of Magnolia Bostad AB.

The restructuring does not entail any changes in the respective shareholders' profit share of Moutarde Holding AB, nor does it impact on Magnolia Bostad's balance sheet or results.

Through the restructuring, ownership in Moutarde Holding AB has been streamlined so that Magnolia Utveckling AB and the two minority shareholders now only have direct ownership in Moutarde Holding AB instead of the previous direct and indirect ownership. At the same time, Magnolia Utveckling's direct ownership in Moutarde Holding has increased from 50% to 76.3%. Senapsfabriken Fastigheter's direct ownership in Moutarde Holding amounts to 15.3%.
