Major League Baseball Players Alumni Association Brings Legends for Youth Baseball Clinic Series to Tarentum, PA

Free youth baseball clinic to feature 10 MLB Alumni

Colorado Springs, Colo. – Local youth will have an opportunity to play with their big league heroes at the Major League Baseball Players Alumni Association (MLBPAA) Legends for Youth baseball clinic series on Saturday, October 19th, 2019. In conjunction with Pittsburgh Pirates pitcher Jason Grilli, Dick’s Sporting Goods and New Balance, the free clinic features former Major League Baseball players who will teach baseball skills, drills and life lessons, concluding with an autograph session and baseball giveaways for children in attendance.

Players attending* All-Star Jason Grilli, three-time All-Star first baseman Sean Casey and current Miami Marlin and 2014 Silver Slugger Award winner Neil Walker, as well as Steve Grilli, Omar Olivares, Kevin Orie, Gene Pentz, Chris Peters, Scott Seabol and Marc Wilkins. These 10 players combine for 76 seasons, 3,109 hits and 4,568 games in Major League Baseball.

  • Time: Clinic check-in beginning at 10:30 a.m. with instruction running from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
