MAJOR LEAGUE BASEBALL PLAYERS ALUMNI ASSOCIATION BRINGS LEGENDS FOR YOUTH BASEBALL CLINIC TO ST. CLOUD
Free youth baseball clinic to feature Dana Kiecker, Greg Thayer, and other MLB Alumni
Colorado Springs, Colo. – Local youth will have an opportunity to play with their big league heroes at the Major League Baseball Players Alumni Association (MLBPAA) Legends for Youth baseball clinic on Sunday, July 14th, 2013. The free baseball clinic features Major League Baseball players who will teach baseball skills, drills, and life lessons for approximately 200 local youth ages 6 – 16.
Alumni players attending include Dana Kiecker, Greg Thayer, Rocky Johnson, Jerry Lyscio, Jamie Ogden, and Roy Smalley.
The clinic will take place at Whitney Park Baseball Fields from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. located at 1529 Northway Drive, St. Cloud, MN, 56303. Alumni players will train at stations such as pitching, catching, and base running. Registration will begin at 9:00 a.m. The morning will conclude with an autograph session for children in attendance.
