, Soft drinks distributor, Koolaking, is expanding its network of licensed distributors following their recent deal with €700m Rauch Group, one of Europe’s largest soft drinks manufacturers. Koolaking will now supply Rauch Group soft drinks, as well as healthy snacks, direct to offices throughout the UK and Europe, through an expanded network of licensed distributors. Instead of expensive and high maintenance vending machines, Koolaking licensed distributors supply Rauch Group drinks direct to offices in coolers with an ‘honesty box’ system of payment. This innovative approach is administered by key staff within participating companies, with licensed distributors taking care of stock levels. Koolaking provides full training and marketing support to its distributors and expects UK sales to top £5m in the first five years, with 10% of all product purchases going to The Stroke Association. Nevern Johns, Koolaking Licensing Manager said: “We are delighted that our licensed distributors will enjoy the benefits of working with such a major player in the European soft drinks industry”. James Beeby, Head of Corporate Fundraising at The Stroke Association said: “Consuming five portions of fruit and vegetables a day has been proven to reduce the risk of stroke and we are delighted to support this innovative venture which will bring healthy drinks and snacks into the workplace”.
