Interim Report, 1 January -- 30 September 2003 · Rental income for the period under review rose to SEK 691m (679m). · Profit after tax amounted to SEK 101m (89m), of which items affecting comparability made up SEK 17m (-7m). · Earnings per share after tax totalled SEK 4.92 (4.35). · Management profit for the whole year is expected to be some SEK 120m. · One residential property in Malmö was acquired for SEK 20m.
