Mandamus´ Annual General Meeting

Information on the Annual General Meeting Mandamus Fastigheter AB (publ), which is quoted on the O-list of the Stockholm Stock Exchange, held its AGM in Stockholm on Thursday. At the meeting, a dividend of SEK 4 per share was approved in accordance with the Board's proposal. The record day for the dividend is 2 May, and the dividend will be distributed through the Securities Register Centre (VPC) on 9 May 2001. The following Board members were re-elected: Elisabeth Annell, Björn Hall, Anders Johansson, Per Lundqvist, Jan Ohlsson, Håkan Tidlund and Leif Zetterberg. The AGM gave the Board renewed authorisation to buy back and transfer the company's own shares. This authorisation is valid until the next AGM. Purchase may take place on the Stockholm Stock Exchange at a share price within the price range registered on the day concerned. The company is permitted to purchase its own shares on such a scale that its holdings amount to a maximum of 10 per cent of all the shares in the company. Transfer may take place on the Stockholm Stock Exchange, with deviation from the shareholders' preferential right, at a share price within the price range registered on the day concerned. Transfer may also take place according to the rules contained in Chapter 7, Sections 21 and 22 of the Swedish Companies Act, with or without deviation from the shareholders' preferential right or with the provision that shares must be paid for with non-monetary property (in kind). Transfer may include the whole or part of the company's holdings of its own shares, as decided by the Board.
