Board of Directors in New Cell Network The proposal for the Board of the new Cell Network is finalized and will be presented at Mandator's Extraordinary General Meeting on May 30. The proposal is supported by shareholders representing 30 percent of the votes and capital in Cell Network and Mandator. It is proposed that the Board of Cell Network comprise: Marcus Bäcklund, President and CEO of Cell Network Jan Carlzon, Chairman of the Cell Network Board Niklas Flyborg, President and CEO of Mandator Lars O Pettersson, Chairman of the Mandator Board Rune Rinnan, Member of the Board of Cell Network At the General Meeting, Jan Carlzon will be proposed as Chairman of the Board and Lars O Pettersson as Vice Chairman. In conjunction with the General Meeting formally approving the merger of Cell Network and Mandator, Marcus Bäcklund will resign from his operative role in the company. Niklas Flyborg will become President and CEO in the new company, which will be one of the world's leading consulting firms with a main focus on the Internet and other interactive media.
