Mandator acquires Danish internet- and E-business Company 21 st .dk Mandator has today signed an agreement to acquire 51 % of the shares in 21 st .dk. The agreement also gives Mandator the right to acquire the remaining 49 % of the shares in mars 31, 2003, at the latest. The business objectives of 21 st .dk are built up around two of the biggest IT- opportunities of the future: Internet as the next centuries biggest and most powerful place for information, marketing, selling and communication. Web-enabling and re-designing of existing computer mainframe systems in the view of fast and cost-efficient implementation of companies strategies for e- business. 21st.dk, with office in Copenhagen, have some 40 employees and a management with long experience and good connections within the Danish business sector. The management experience combined with the employees skills, both in terms of technical and business oriented skills, creates competitiveness and innovativable offers of new internet solutions, e-business and e-business enabling of IBM mainframe systems. The company profile is to offer Internet solutions by identificating new business-processes for the customer and by this increase their competitiveness.
