MapsPeople – Announces a directed issue of new shares in a private placement and entering into a new loan facility raising gross proceeds of DKK 20 million

Completion of Private Placement
With reference to company announcement no. 2 of February 17, 2023 March, MapsPeople hereby announces that the private placement of new shares ("New Shares") directed to the current shareholders Vækstfonden and BankInvest (the "Private Placement") resulting in gross proceeds of approx. DKK 10m is successfully completed.
Registration of 2,444,488 New Shares of a nominal value of DKK 0.02 each corresponding to a share capital increase of nominal amount of DKK 48,889.76 has today been registered with the Danish Business Authority. MapsPeople's nominal share capital now amounts to DKK 1,159,272.92 divided into 57,963,646 shares of a nominal value of DKK 0.02 each and 57,963,646 voting rights.
The New Shares will be admitted to trading and listed on Nasdaq First North Growth Market under the primary ISIN code, DK0061549052, with effect from February 24, 2023, and the temporary ISIN code for the New Shares, DK0062269304, will be merged with the primary ISIN code for existing shares as soon as possible.
