Today, MapsPeople announces the appointment of Jesper Tidemand as new CFO.
MapsPeople today announces it has appointed Jesper Tidemand as the company's new CFO as of June 1, 2023.
In MapsPeople Jesper Tidemand will assume leadership of the financial team and lead the continuous improvement of cross functional processes that will pave the way for profitable growth with high predictability.
MapsPeople CEO Morten Brøgger said:
Jesper will play an important role in MapsPeoples next growth phase ensuring our timely and accurate reporting is in compliance. With Jesper in the CFO seat we will be revisiting our business processes to better support profitable growth and more internationalization. Jesper's experience from SaaS growth companies is a clear asset when it comes to ensuring the next level of MapsPeoples data driven growth culture across all functions.
I would also like to thank Janni B. Rasmussen for all her work at MapsPeople and the results so far, including taking the company public and building a strong team around her.
Jesper Tidemand holds a Masters in Business Administration and Auditing and after 4 years at Deloitte and PWC Jesper has held management positions in Falck and last as CFO from the SaaS startup AskCody.

I have followed MapsPeoples impressive growth journey the last couple of years including the IPO on Nasdaq First North Premier.
