Request for delisting from Stockholm Stock Exchange O-List

The Board of Directors of Tidnings AB Marieberg today submitted a request to the Stockholm Stock Exchange for delisting of the company's shares from the O- List as of July 8, 1998. The reason for the request is that AB Bonnierföretagen now directly or indirectly controls 96.4 percent of the shares in Tidnings AB Marieberg, with 98.5 percent of the votes.
