Delphi technologies featured on new vehicles at the Paris motor show
At this year’s Paris motor show (October 4-19), technologies from Delphi are featured on numerous new vehicles and help keep passengers safe and connected while respecting the environment.
- BMW X6: switches, connectors
- Fiat 500X: body control module, steering column module, wiring system, fuel vapor pressure sensor, variable compressor
- Ferrari 458 Speciale A: air conditioning system (HVAC module, compressor, condenser), wiring harnesses
- Ford S-MAX: adaptive cruise control (electronically scanning radar), in glass antenna system, remote transceiver module, alarm components (siren, inclination and ultrasonic sensors), trailer tow module, power distribution box, various connectors and terminals
- Ford Mondeo: adaptive cruise control (electronically scanning radar), in glass antenna system, alarm components (siren, inclination and ultrasonic sensors), Radio Frequency module, trailer tow module (controlling all lightning and braking connections from the car to the trailer), wiring harnesses, power distribution center, various connectors, diesel common rail system.
- Jaguar XE sedan: adaptive cruise control (electronically scanning radar), integrated center panel, switches, gear paddles, immobilizer, alarm components (siren, inclination and motion sensors), antenna
- Land Rover Discovery Sport: connectivity panel (including USB, SD card connections…), alarm components (siren, inclination and motion sensors), gear shift paddles, switches, radio, passive occupant detection system (US version), wiring harnesses
- Mercedes-Benz AMG GT: DAB Tuner, TV Tuner, satellite digital audio reception system, passive occupant detection system, alarm system, ignition
- Mini 5-door: engine wiring, powertrain cooling module (radiator, condenser and charge air cooler), variable valve train, ignition pencil coils
- Peugeot 308 GT: valvetrain, ignition, gasoline direction injection system, fuel delivery module, canister, wiring harnesses, body controllers, stop & start DC/DC converter, various connectors including SRS (safety restraint systems) connectors, switches, ultrasonic alarm module
- Renault Espace: various connectors
- Škoda Fabia five-door & Combi: transponder, immobilizer components, ultrasonic and inclination sensors, various connectors including SRS (safety restraint systems) connectors engine fuse and relay box, compressor, radiator
- smart fortwo & forfour: vehicle sound generator, passive occupant detection system
- Volkswagen Passat: LED module, transponder, immobilizer components, ultrasonic and inclination sensors, alarm sounder, various connectors including SRS (safety restraint systems) connectors, compressor, low temperature radiator, charge air cooler
- Volvo XC90: radar and camera sensor fusion system (RACam enabling a full range of active safety functionalities including object detection in turns), short range radar (generation 2 enabling blind spot detection, lane change merge aid and cross traffic alert), centralized body controller, alarm sounder, interior motion sensor, passive occupant detection system, wiring harnesses, connection systems and electrical centers. For hybrid version: start stop inverter and DC/DC converter, vehicle sound generator.
