Palletline acquires S&S Distribution
Leading UK palletised distribution network Palletline is proud to announce that it has acquired Kent-based haulier S&S Distribution and its warehousing activities.
S&S Distribution, under the ownership of brothers, David and Ken Sanderson, have worked closely with Palletline for 20 years. The acquisition will enable both organisations to build on the strength of an established family business to offer the best service to their customers.
Palletline will retain the S&S company name and branding and work in collaboration with the existing management team, led by Richard Ball and colleagues, to develop and drive the regionally based haulage business forward.

David and Ken Sanderson will take an active role in ensuring a smooth transition, Richard Ball will remain as Managing Director of S&S Distribution.
