Maus Frères acquires additional shares in Gant – holds 23.7 percent of the shares

Maus Frères S.A. (“Maus Frères”) has today, through its subsidiary Procastor S.A., increased its ownership in Gant Company AB (publ) (“Gant”). Maus Frères has acquired 788,930 additional shares representing 4.7 percent of the shares and votes in Gant. Maus Frères presently holds a total of 3,969,394 shares in Gant, representing 23.7 percent of the shares and votes in Gant.
