Maus Frères acquires additional shares in Gant – holds 25.8 percent of the shares

Maus Frères S.A. (“Maus Frères”) has yesterday, through its subsidiary Procastor S.A., increased its ownership in Gant Company AB (publ) (“Gant”). Maus Frères has acquired 357,500 additional shares representing 2.1 percent of the shares and votes in Gant for SEK 310 per share. Maus Frères presently holds a total of 4,326,894 shares in Gant, representing 25.8 percent of the shares and votes in Gant.
