Fifth MAX opening in Poland
On August 14, the residents of Poznań will be able to taste Swedish burgers. On this day at 10.00 am on Hetmańska Street 82a the first MAX Premium Burgers restaurant will open. Everyone interested in the unique menu of the Swedish chain will be able to chose from a wide range of classic, vegetarian and vegan options.
– Since the beginning of our activities in Poland in 2017 we have been warmly welcomed by the Poles. This makes us approach the next investments with even more enthusiasm and we continue to develop. The opening of the MAX restaurant in Poznań, which is the fifth one in Poland already, is a crucial step in achieving our goal of opening 200 restaurants within 10 years, comments Richard Bergfors, CEO MAX Premium Burgers.
Poles fell in love with the Swedish burgers due to MAX’s commitment to quality, which was confirmed by the taste tests carried on the iconic dishes from the menu. The Frisco Burger and the chocolate Shake Premium won against the products of the competition. In addition, MAX is the only fast service chain of restaurants in Poland with a wide range of positions for vegetarians and vegans – their original ‘Green Menu’ is not only an alternative for meat, but also an effective means of reducing CO2 emissions.
At MAX, the passion for burgers is combined with care about environment, thanks to which the restaurant can offer tasty and simultaneously environment-friendly products.
– We know that Poles love good food and nature just as Swedes do, hence we are sure that our philosophy will inspire them to visit our new restaurant in Poznan, says Richard Bergfors, CEO MAX Premium Burgers
To celebrate the opening, MAX has prepared special deals for its flagship products: Frisco Burger set with Crispy Fries and a drink costs 13,95 zł (regular price of the set: 19,95 zł). Poznan’s restaurant with surface of over 506 m2 has enough space for every fan of delicious burgers. MAX prepared 100 seats inside, a drive-in variant and a parking for customers with vehicles. The advantage of the localization is the proximity of the nearby tram stop with a couple of city transport lines. The restaurant on Hetmańska street 82a will be open on 14th August: 10:00 am-1:00 am and then every day 6:00 am – 1:00 am. Between 6:00 am and 10:30 am, the manager of the Poznan restaurant Łukasz Kuczak warmly invites for the breakfast menu.
MAX stands out from the competition due to the long devotion to sustainable development as the central value of the enterprise. MAX is the first chain of restaurants in the world, which introduced carbon dioxide footprint on its products in the menu that is fully environment-friendly since 2018. This means that through planting trees MAX not only compensates 100% of the produced CO2, but also an extra 10%. Until now 2 million trees have been planted. By 2022 MAX aims for every other burger sold to contain something else than red meat. If that is achieved, it will reduce its CO2 emissions by 30 % within 7 years only. That way, the entire menu at MAX helps to battle the climate change.
