Watson-Marlow Pumps Group ( WMPG) strengthens its single-use biopharmaceutical offering  through acquisition of Bio Pure Technology Limited (Bio Pure ). Watson-Marlow, a world-leading positive displacement pump manufacturer, has acquired Bio Pure through its parent company Spirax-Sarco Engineering plc for £8.5 million. Bio Pure, based in Portsmouth UK, specialises in the design and production of advanced single-use tubing connector systems for biopharmaceutical customers.
