New MD at Meda

New MD at Meda Agreement has been reached between Managing Director Göran Pettersson and the Board of Directors concerning the MD's departure from Meda AB. The Board will immediately begin looking for a new MD who will manage Meda once the merger with Cross Pharma has been completed. Göran Pettersson will remain in his current position until a new MD is appointed. The Board anticipates that the new MD will be in place before the end of the year. The merger process continues The Board has decided to re-locate Meda's head office and pharmaceuticals business to Stockholm. The Hospital Care business unit will remain in Gothenburg. Due to the law concerning right of participation in decision- making, negotiations concerning the move from Gothenburg to Stockholm has started.
