Today, August 12, 2009, Scandinavian Clinical Nutrition i Sverige AB (publ) publishes a prospectus regarding admission to trading of shares on NGM Equity due to the previously communicated directed share issue and issue of 3,700,000 shares.

As previously communicated, at June 30, 2009, the Board of SCN decided to increase the company’s share capital through a directed share issue by virtue of authorization from the 2009 Annual General Meeting. The subscription price was set to SEK 1.00. In the previous release, the share capital increase was erroneously reported as SEK 320,000. The correct amount shall be 370,000, and the correct corresponding number of shares 3,700,000. Payment has been done through settlement of claims and cash payments.

The admission to trade of the shares that the prospectus concerns will take place immediately after that the prospectus has been approved by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority and the new shares have been registered at the Swedish Companies Registration Office. The registration is estimated to take place in mid-August 2009. The prospectus has been written because the dilution exceeds 10 percent.

The prospectus is available on the company’s website (www.scnutrition.com) and at the company’s office.
