Highlights January -September 2003 * Revenue for the third quarter amounted to 9.4 million ( 8.4 million), a 12 percent increase from the same period 2002. Nine month revenue was 27.1 million, a four percent increase from the previous year. * Prepaid membership rose by a strong 4,700 for the quarter to 111,300 (103,300) and by 7,300 for the nine month period. This represents our strongest quarter organic membership growth since second quarter 2001. * The operating loss for the quarter amounted to 0.3 million ( 0.2 million) and for the nine month period to 0.9 million ( 1.1 million). * The operating profit before depreciation and amortization for the quarter amounted to 0.5 million ( 0.5 million) and to 1.4 million ( 1.0 million) for the nine month. * The loss after tax for the quarter amounted to 0.5 million ( 20.6 million) and 1.4 million ( 23.6 million for the nine month). The loss per share was 0.04 per share for the quarter (1.70) and a loss of 0.118 per share (1.95) for the nine month. The formation of a new international laboratory division, comprising the Romanian and Polish laboratory activities.
