Medicover's new share issue oversubscribed

The new share issue in Medicover Holding S.A. has now been completed. The new share issue was oversubscribed with 124%. 1,708,638 shares, representing 96.0% of the offered new shares, were subscribed for with preferential rights. Through the new share issue Medicover will receive SEK 106,842,180 (EUR 11.684.543,65), before issue costs. Through the new share issue, the number of shares/Swedish Depositary Receipts (SDRs) will be increased by 1.780.703 shares/SDRs from 12.464.924 to 14.245.627 shares/SDRs. Following the new share issue, the registered share capital of Medicover will amount to EUR 79,952,162.17. Trading with newly issued SDRs on the Stockholm Stock Exchange is expected to start on or about 12 July 2005.
