Medicover’s socially sustainable commercial paper listed on Nasdaq Stockholm
On 13 April 2023, Medicover launched a Socially Sustainable Commercial Paper Programme under its Social Finance Framework. On 18 April 2023, the commercial paper will be admitted to trading on Nasdaq Stockholm, segment STO Sustainable Commercial Paper.

Through the launch and listing of our socially sustainable commercial paper, we are broadening our financing in a way that reflects our business and will be important as we continue to work for better health in the markets we operate”, says Fredrik Rågmark, CEO of Medicover.
As of 17 April 2023, Medicover had issued socially sustainable commercial papers for SEK 120 million under its Socially Sustainable Commercial Paper Programme with a framework amount of SEK 2 billion, or the corresponding amount in EUR. Nordea and SEB have acted as issuing agents in connection with the issues.
