Number of shares and votes in Medicover
As previously announced, the annual general meeting of Medicover AB (publ) (“Medicover” or the “company”) resolved to adopt a long term performance-based share program on 26 April 2018.
In order to ensure delivery of shares to employees in accordance with the long term performance-based share program adopted by the extraordinary general meeting held on 31 March 2017 (the “Plan 2017”) and the long term performance-based share program adopted by the annual general meeting held on 26 April 2018 (the “Plan 2018”), as applicable, as well as to secure potential social charges arising as a result of the Plan 2017 and the Plan 2018, as applicable, 2,400,000 class C shares have been issued. The company’s registered share capital and number of outstanding shares and votes have thus increased during the month of October 2018.
Today, the last trading day of the month, there are in total 135,735,195 shares in Medicover, of which 80,874,726 are class A shares, together carrying 80,874,726 votes, 52,460,469 are class B shares, together carrying 5,246,046.9 votes and 2,400,000 are class C shares, together carrying 240,000 votes. The total number of votes in Medicover is 86,360,772.9 and the registered share capital amounts to EUR 27,147,039.
