Number of shares and votes in Medicover

The number of shares and votes in Medicover AB (publ) (“Medicover” or the “company”) has changed as a result of a share issue of 1,200,000 class C shares, for the purpose of the company’s long-term performance-based share programmes, and as a result of conversions of in total 33,745 class A shares into B shares carried out in November following requests from shareholders in accordance with the conversion clause in Medicover’s articles of association.

Today, the last trading day of the month, there are in total 151,935,195 shares in Medicover, of which 78,517,526 are class A shares, together carrying 78,517,526 votes, 69,833,025 are class B shares, together carrying 6,983,302.5 votes and 3,584,644 are class C shares, together carrying 358,464.4 votes. The total number of votes in Medicover is 85,859,292.9 and the registered share capital amounts to EUR 30,387,039.
