Press release from Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting in MEDICOVER Holding S.A. (the "Company") Shareholders and Swedish Depository Receipt holders represented at the Company's Extraordinary Shareholders Meeting held on January 29, 2003 in Luxembourg have unanimously approved disposal of the wholly owned subsidiary Oresa Ventures N.V. ("Oresa"), i.e. disposal of the Company's unlisted investments apart from the healthcare business, to a related party in accordance with an earlier proposal by the Board of Directors.
