Mercell: Revision of Annual General Meeting date to 19 May 2022

Oslo, 7 April, 2022: Mercell Holding ASA hereby gives notice that the Annual General Meeting will be moved from the previously announced 11 May to 19 May 2022 at 17:00 hours CEST. The date has been postponed for administrative and practical reasons. The meeting will be held virtually and made accessible online.
