Oslo, 8 July 2021: Reference is made to the announcement by the Oslo Stock Exchange on 7 July 2021 regarding the approval of the transfer of listing of the shares in Mercell Holding ASA (the "Company") from trading on Euronext Growth Oslo to the Oslo Stock Exchange's main list.

The first day of trading of the Company's shares on the Oslo Stock Exchange's main list is expected to be on or about 9 July 2021. Consequently, the last day of trading of the Company's shares on Euronext Growth Oslo is expected to be today, on 8 July 2021.

The Company has prepared a prospectus in connection with the listing of its shares on the Oslo Stock Exchange (the "Prospectus"). The Prospectus was approved by the Norwegian Financial Supervisory Authority today, on 8 July 2021, and is available at the Company's web page https://investor.mercell.com/reports-and-presentations/. Hard copies of the Prospectus may be obtained free of charge at the Company's registered business address at Askekroken 11, 0277 Oslo, Norway (subject to the at all times prevailing restrictions due to the COVID-19 pandemic).
