Mercell Holding - Conversion to a public limited liability company completed and new name and board of directors registered

Oslo, 23 April 2021: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Mercell Holding AS (the "Company") on 22 April 2021, regarding the annual general meeting of the Company held on the same day. The general meeting inter alia resolved to convert the Company from a private limited liability company to a public limited liability company, and thereby changes its legal name to Mercell Holding ASA, and changes the board of directors.

The resolutions of the annual general meeting were registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (Nw.: Foretaksregisteret) today, on 23 April 2021, following which the new name of the Company is Mercell Holding ASA and the board of directors comprises the following board members:
