Oslo, 8 June 2021: Reference is made to Mercell Holding ASA's ("Mercell") stock exchange announcement on 1 June 2021, regarding the signing of an agreement to acquire of 100% of the shares in the leading Finnish e-Tendering provider Cloudia Oy ("Cloudia").

Mercell is pleased to announce that it today, on 8 June 2021, has completed the acquisition of Cloudia. The acquisition represents a major step in Mercell's strategy to become the leading European provider of public e-tendering and e-procurement software.
