Mercell publishes Annual Report 2021
Oslo, 25 March 2022: Mercell Holding ASA (Mercell) today publishes its Annual Report 2021. The report is attached to the present release and can also be found on www.investor.mercell.com/reports-and-presentations.
There were no changes in the financial results compared to the results which were presented in the interim report for the fourth quarter on 24 February 2022.
Mercell had annual recurring revenue (ARR) of NOK 793 million at the end of 2021, up 44% from the end of 2020. Revenue increased +126% to NOK 706 million, with EBITDA improving to NOK 105 million from a negative NOK 24 million in 2020. Adjusted EBITDA amounted to NOK 173 million in 2021, excluding M&A costs and special cost items, corresponding to a margin of 24%.
The operating result (EBIT) showed a loss of NOK 84 million compared to a loss of NOK 76 million in 2020. Loss before tax amounted to NOK 116 million for the year, compared to a loss of NOK 154 million in 2020.
Mercell’s general meeting is scheduled for 11 May 2022.
